Be aware that you should not offer to 'help others' or 'rate each other etc' as even though thats the aim of the site for us it is classed as a 'clicking group' or 'clicking cartel' and you could get banned for that. There are a few people that like to cause trouble by lurking on threads such as this so be sure to just rate people as you want and never ask people to rate you etc.

I am aware you've not said any of this, just letting you know so you don't get in trouble for something daft

Thanks! I was thinking more that it would help with people seeing my reviews, getting them read etc and vice versa, but a very good point I can see how it could be misconstrued!

How do you guys get ideas on what to review? Do you tend to review new purchases?

What message are you receiving once uploading it? Does it upload successfully and then not appear? Is the photograph of you (daft question but I tried to put my cats up and they ignored me!) x

Almost on the 25,000 miles mark in just over a week. The product selection is fantastic and i'm sure when I can post freely (rather than 5 a day).

Really can't thank people in this thread enough for bringing this to my attention, a great site with a great community.

Several of your reviews actually have 0 rates. You would probably be better to stockpile some of the reviews you're writing for days when you're short on time and chasing a few more rates. If you are posting lots of level 1 reviews you can more than double the money made by getting some ratings on the reviews as well.

You may want to add a little more personal opinion/a few more words to your reviews to make sure that you do not have any of your reviews locked when it comes to cashing out.

Please don't take offence at my comments, just meant to help you rather than upset you I make around £1.50 on average per review these days, sometimes double that, just by getting more rates and posting less reviews.

Not at all Katy, I am always looking for constructive criticism so thankyou.

One thing I am struggling with is the word count for certain products. I do try and add personal experience (for example coldsore treatments and such) but I will try to add extra to other products that I may be missing.

My writing style is very direct and to the point so I will try to expand where I can. Some of the reviews I have read, jesus some people can go on :rotfl:

I find the computer games / books / dvd reviews to be great examples, some people who review them are very talented writers.

lol I know what you mean, I try and be detailed but not waffle.....but I seem to regularly hit the 1000 word count!!!! :eek:


anyway..... :j I got third place in the sports review competition.... 1000 dym (I think) not bad.... and it was a most wanted item and got a crown so in total made me almost £4.50 for one review :rotfl:
