Just a though - have you had a medicine review lately. Often people with poly-pharmacy don't have regular medicine reviews and end up taking drugs they no longer need, drugs that have been superceded by better drugs or have multiple drugs that do the same thing prescribed by different practitioners. Don't be offended if you do have regular reviews xx
In my case I have been called in for very regular reviews with my GP and also been thoroughly reviewed by my main two Hospital Consultants in December & appointment with one of them yet again tomorrow.
But a good thought as it must be very easy for people to get stuck in the same rut with their pills.0
