Three charge 3p per min on their 3-2-1 PAYG deal... to ordinary land lines.

I have been pretty successful using the say no to 0870 web site (http://www.saynoto0870.com/), it's better than the similarly named Apps which appear to screen scrape the web site.

However, there are some companies and organisations that love to hide behind expensive numbers and appear to have no alternative. As far as possible I refuse to deal with them. If everyone gave them the elbow perhaps they would learn to use 03 prefix numbers!

That is cheap at 8p a min must be one of the cheapest.
