How much is my deposit with Netflights when cancelling?

I checked my paperwork. On my invoice, all the costs are lumped in together. The only place that has the individual costs is on the ATOL certificate that shows how much the flights were and how much the car hire was.

This is correct. :T It will be Flight Plus most likely.Happy0 -

Not according to their t and cs, see my earlier post 180 -

As I said, it's not a package according to the Package Regs. If they want to call it a package that's up to them, but strictly speaking it's not. It's a Flight Plus that can be booked within a day of each other, but that doesn't make it a package as far as regs go.
""“package” means the pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following components when sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price and when the service covers a period of more than twenty-four hours or includes overnight accommodation:—
(a)transport;
(b)accommodation;
(c)other tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation and accounting for a significant proportion of the package,""
If it's sold within a day of each other, the price can't be inclusive so as far as Package Regulations go it isn't.
Interestingly Netflights don't make any reference to flight plus arrangements, which is rather strange, but then we are talking Thomas Cook here lol!

I agree with you, BUT and its a big but.netflights own t and cs dont agree with you, they suggest it is a package. I dont really see how it is. I am just pointing their own terms out
And as you say it is up to them and if they call it a package its their terms that apply. isnt it?0 -
The ATOL certificate says Flight Plus. In the end I called them. First of all I asked if I could transfer from one flight to another as they were one seller of the much cheaper flight. For that they'd have charged £170 and I wouldn't be refunded the difference. I asked about cancelling and that came down to the rules of the carrier, United, which stated the fare was non-refundable whilst the taxes etc would be. This wouldn't have saved any money so I left it. Odd though that transferring from one flight to another, with a different carrier, wouldn't incur the cost of cancelling the first flight.0

Didnt you ask them about their t and c ref their package, not that it would have made any difference0
