  • Noticed tonight the web site no longer mentions training:

Existing customers can access their online account 24x7, set up standing orders, make transfers between accounts, as well as providing flexibility with their finances.

If you wish to discuss your account with one of our customer service team, you can contact us on 0345 301 01 01, Minicom 0800 027 1396. We're here 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday.

The one account is a secured personal bank account with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.

If you would like to discuss alternative mortgage options through either the NatWest or RBS brands, please call us on: NatWest 0800 096 9527 Minicom 0800 917 0526 / RBS 0800 056 0567 Minicom 0800 056 6587.

This account is not available to new customers.
  • January 2015.
Website inaccessible unless you have a PC and are willing to use IE.
FYI it's fine from here using Safari 9.0.1 and Chrome 46.0.2490.80 on a Mac.

I have had the one Account from the start. I hope it carrys on. It works well for me being a IT contractor. The website has not been updated for ages and does not work on mobile devices. I suspect they are not making much profit from this product. Like a previous post I mainly use it as a current account with a large ready made overdraft at mortgage rates.
