"So, how are we going to justify a £20 a month fee?"

"We need to be different to the rest."

"OK, and how are we going to do that?"

"Let's have a groovy debit card."

"Sounds good. Tell me more..."

"Well, it'll have a picture of a teacup on legs, wearing stilettos and tripping over a red ribbon."

"Very nice. What else?"

"Um... a traffic sign too."

"Spot on. Make it so."

Traditionally credit cards have both a higher standard of finish and more attractive design to encourage you to use them over debit cards.

Horrible design IMO. I've seen the M&S credit card and it is much nicer.

I doubt it. All I want is for them to have a range of different colours, so that I can easily find the blue one or the red one (etc.....) in my wallet!
