Still full of cold
Fed up of it now.
Mr M order just arrived with freebies of a can of Jack Daniels and diet cola plus a Christmas biscuit, both of which I'll hide from Mr SA or he'll take them.
Although I really don't feel like it, we've got to move the wardrobes back into the bedroom today. Really must start getting the house back into shape. Plus there's the cleaning to do and the dog to take out. I'm going to break it down into chunks to incorporate some time to rest.
Have a great Saturday everyoneI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Morning Lovely SA XX
Sorry you are full of cold, bloody sucks big ones that.
I have loads to do this weekend so will be here along with you. I moved my room round a few weeks ago and really don't like it so want to move it back (!) I also have exams to mark and data to enter. I really need the room sorted to do that, but also need to pop out to collect parcels, buy the Secret Santa get wrapping paper and also cards for my form group.
In fact I should probably go make a proper list. At least the washing is on!
any how SA I will check in periodically, I really hope you feel better and the wardrobes are a quick job

Enjoy your wardrobe assembly - hope the weed is kind and doesn't collapse.
I've managed to get rid of dh whilst I make mince pies - I made the mistake of sending some in a few years ago for his work - there's only half a dozen work there - and the boss keeps asking (joking ) if I've made them for them yet.... So I'll be tied to the kitchen making pastry and icing Christmas cakes - 5 of them.....but at least it'll be another job off the list - good job I can sit down doing them.January spends - £587.580 -
Hope you manage to get sorted quickly SA xxMummytogirls x0

Only just sat down and still not done. I've not been out of the house today, feel too rough. Mr SA took the dog to the park on his scooter then picked up a couple of bits from the local shop I'd forgotten to put on the Mr M order. I feel bad I can't take the dog out for a last walk but I feel dizzy and Mr SA is done in. I'm sure she'll survive one day without two walks.
It took us forever to move the wardrobes out of the spare room, do a few repairs to them and put the clothes back. Made Mr SA have a bit of a cull so there's a bag of rubbish and a bag for the charity shop. Mr SA fell off a step ladder trying to fix the wardrobe! Luckily his fall was broken by the bed but he's hurt his back. To be honest my wardrobe has had it, it's held together by that many screws! Still it'll have to do for now.
The only other thing we managed was putting the TV bracket up.
So still on the to do list is DD's wardrobe, the housework and finish the Xmas decorations.
Talk about small steps!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
