What a day!
Mr SA went to the doctors this morning and rang me to say the doctor wanted to speak to me. Doctor told me to take him to A&E today. So had to leave work, get home then get a taxi to hospital.
Anyway the upshot is his big toe is broken in 4 places and is infectedHe's got a dressing on, has antibiotics and has to rest it. He's also been told off for trying to lift the bag of plaster too. I've got to take him to fracture clinic Monday for a check up.
Of course because we haven't got transport and it's not feasible go on the bus, it's costing me £10 each way in taxi fares.
Unbelievably while we were in A&E I got a text from my physio about the ankle study I took part in! How spooky is that!
So not one of my better Friday afternoons.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

No one to take us MTG
Everyone at work.
This is the problem - everything is down to me. He just floats about creating havoc oblivious to the fact I have to sort everything out
I really think he's enjoying all the attention. He's really proud of the fact that he has 4 broken bones in his toe and it's his sole topic of conversation.
Bit disappointed that DS and the grandkids aren't coming tomorrow, I'd got some Halloween stuff in for them. They're doing something with the other side of the family.
Really need to sort finances tomorrow.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

WW this morning, stayed the same so had to pay again
Not happy
Carpet man came brought all the most expensive samples £25 a square metre - not a chance! He's coming back with the cheaper stuff but at least he's measured up.
Mr SA has been resting all day, lucky him. I've been to the local shops, taken the dog out twice, cleaned the whole house, removed all the plaster stuck to the woodwork, ironed and cooked.
Finances now sorted and cc paid off
Can anyone remember the days when Halloween was just 31 October and not spread out like Christmas. It's all what are you doing for Halloween! Personally nothing - I've got a Halloween wine glass from the pound shop that I get out every year and some sweets for trick or treaters and that's it. Bah pumpkin!
Feeling fed up with Mr SA and life in general at the momentI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Not surprised you are fed up. Wish we could have a girlie weekend away to cheer you up! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
