And here we are back to Sunday afternoon again.
Been really busy as usual. Yesterday I was at the hairdressers then Mr SA met me and we went for lunch followed by a trip to Aldi. DS didn't bring DGD but just as well as we were out until mid-afternoon and Mr SA was wiped out by then plus I still had all the cleaning up to do.
Today we have been potting up the planters in the garden. I bought some petunias and pansies and we've managed to fill them. Then we had to get the hall and stair carpet up ready for the new one which is finally being fitted on Wednesday. I really need to order a skip asap as we are getting a huge pile of rubbish building up and now there's a stair carpet added to the pile.
I got a £20 off £60 spend plus free delivery from Ocado so I've taken advantage of this and have a delivery coming tomorrow and it's only cost me £40. I went through Quidco first and have got £6.00 cashback too. I'll top up the rest of the weekly shop with an online shop from Mr M. Actually Ocado were a lot cheaper than I was expecting and they sell a lot of things I can't get from Mr M (like freekeh and harissa paste). I still really need to work on getting the grocery bill down. I've cracked the losing weight and sorted out my job so this will have to be next on the hit list to concentrate on.
Can't believe we're halfway through May already, it's frightening how fast this year is going!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Stair carpet fitted and it looks lovely, I'm really pleased with it. Skip came today so this weekend's mission is filling it.
Beanie I forgot about the brain injury programme but Mr SA watched it and he said he could identify with what they were saying.
Hope everyone is having a good week so far. I've been mega busy at work as usual.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

I'm trying to go for being temporary cover until then Verbatim. I won't get paid the extra but it's a foot in the door.
Thank goodness it's Friday
Didn't go to WW last night as it started pouring with rain just before I was due to set off and I know I've stayed the same so thought what was the point in getting soaked.
This weekend will consist mainly of skip filling and trying to solve the grocery budget overspend fiasco. I feel a plan coming on.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
I love a good plan
