I have decided to go for it and try one. I know I'd would regret it if I didn't order one while they're on offer.

Can remember hearing about them years ago, but never thought to try one. I normally use pads (have never wanted to use Tampons). But sometimes pads are inconvenient and I suffer leaks if I'm not careful.

Now I've got a new job in a factory (I work in the office), where the staff are predominantly male. Where a rubbish bin in the toilet, let alone a proper disposal unit, are none existent! I have to wrap my used ones up and bring them back with me.

    TMI I know, sorry!

do these need to be removed when you go for a wee?..also if very heavy...when they come out does it not spill everywhere?...tempted as ive taken up martial arts and have to sit out each month...periods plus white suit equals no no.
  • You can leave them in when you wee! If you're very heave you could empty it before your class and you should be fine- the mooncup holds as much as three tampons, I think, so you would have to be very heavy to flood a cup.

Thanks, bought one when it was half price last year, I wish I had known about them years ago. So much more hygienic than tampons! Just got another one for my daughter.

I bought one a few years back before I discovered the very lovely Cerazette, and I got it stuck!

Mucho comical tugging, pulling and undignified contortions there ensued - the more i panicked the more stuck it became. I eventually retrieved it after 20 mins and a 'breathe, woman, breathe!' moment.

It went back in it's little pouch and was shoved in a drawer, never to see err, 'daylight' again. :(

    Anyhoo, I digress.....What I meant to say is "I think I'll pass" ;)

Must admit I have had a couple of these moments; I find if you are struggling, put one foot up on the bath/toilet whatever and the angle makes it easier :A
