Is there something wrong with your eyesight that you can't see the car so you walked into it or in your twisted mind is yours a lesser wrong?
Anyway your first post was about moving the mirrors, who gave you the authority to do that as a penalty for obstruction?
Calm down dear and take your medication, it's only a forum, and can I ask you to please stop following me about from thread to thread in an attempt to do what ever it is you get off on.
You have your views, I have mine, if you think it's fine to park half on the kerb and force people to take avoiding action, well have it your way, but I can assure you someone will take exception and you won't be able to do/prove a thing.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
Police will do nothing.
That's why I said your local neighbourhood PCSO - they are under intense scrutiny at the moment and an easy ticket is more work for them to justify having PCSO's0 -

Where have I said it was acceptable to park on the kerb?
Are you having trouble reading again?
And you for one won't tell me where I can and can't post.0 -

Suprisingly though, the longer they park there the more likely the car/van is to get scratched:o:o:A.
Thank goodness I do not live near you. Disgusting behaviour. If they are parked illegally, report them. If not, it's not your business.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0 -

Blimey, this one touched a nerve!
UPDATE: Went into the local police station today and gave them all the details. Asked for the info to be passed on to the traffic wardens. He said he would also inform the PCSO's, who have the power to "issue a warning document"? Paraphrasing that, as I can't remember exactly what he said.
Having read the updated thread, I will go onto the Council website and see where that takes me. To be honest, I feel a lot better just doing something about it. I will give the police a chance to address it.
If nothing happens, I will go back to the three other residents on the street who are also annoyed by it and suggest they follow a similar course.
Thanks as always for all your helpful input, guys.0 -

I will get slagged for this but it's not the 1st time.
We have a situation like this, I simply turn the wing mirror round on every car that parks illegally on the kerb down our road.
No damage done, they simply have to take as much time to correct the mirror as I have to take walking round their car, and might just make them realise.:A:A
A few years ago I got sick of one driver almost every day parking so near my drive, that it would make getting in an out a problem. I was living near a station at the time.
One night, I parked my car and my wife's car, tow bar first, as close as I could to the car. I went out for the evening. The car remained there all night.
The next day, when it became free again, it vanished while I was at work and was never seen again in my street. It parked in the next street from then onwards.0 -

They have the power to issue parking tickets so I don't think he knows quite what he's talking about. I suppose they might stick a warning note on it first though.0 -

And as for trying to claim personal injuries for walking round a car moving the wing mirrors. Have a day off from being a !!!!.
