I am wondering whether because there wasnt an account registered with quidco for them to deposit the money to if they
A merchant wouldn't know what sort of payout-instrument you have recorded in your Quidco account. They are sending their payment to Quidco, not to your Quidco account.0 -

So Santander send the cashback to Quidco, Quidco try and pay to me, but I dont have any details to pay into,so they hold onto it. What im asking is, will they pass it on to me, or say that because i didnt have my details in place when the transaction was occuring that I dont receive anything now?
If I look into "my quidco" now and look at all the summaries and payments, it's all empty and nothing says anything about santander 123 account. Should I raise a claim?0 -
Quidco will hold the money for you if they can't pay out because you didn't tell them where to pay it to.
BUT if there is no record in your account about the 123, they wouldn't know you are waiting for it. This has nothing to do with you specifying an account to pay the money out to.
You would need to raise a claim. However, it nothing is tracked, there is a good likelihood that another tracking cookie was sitting on your PC, and the Quidco one never registered. Did you clean your cookies immediately before you started the application?0 -
My 123 credit card initially tracked at "No amount" and then suddenly disappeared altogether. But when I raised a claim, it was there in the list of claimable activities.
If this is the case for you OP then make the claim and although it won't be investigated until 60 days from your application, it will remain in your activity list.MFiT-T3 #149: {Q4/14} (£46,447)-->(£0) ~ +£46,447=100%

It just means what it says, that it's tracked. But you won't ever get paid unless you complete your bank payment details in your Quidco account. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Seems all is back on track for you then, Alex92. Don't be too impatient, it will probably be a couple of months at least before you see the money.0

Wondering the same as you. Although, all my santander 123 accounts, e-savers, Major 3.10% ISA is all up and running now. Sent them an email so will hear back from them within 24 hours and will let you know.

A) Try it once and then say "meh, we tried, its your fault"As soon as I add bank details it will pay at the next nearest possible time.
Ah-ha! I just got an email from Quidco today which says:
'Congratulations xxxxx!

Thanks for getting in touch I can advise that Santander's average payment speed period is 3 months, so your transaction is currently being tracked by the retailer, but as of yet we have not received the cashback from them with which to credit your bank account.
Once this transaction is confirmed you will see it on your activity page
This will then process into your chosen bank account on the next payment run (these are every Thursday.)
So should be waiting 3months max, but sounds like my application was all dandy.
Cheers guys.savetilibleed wrote: »Ah-ha! I just got an email from Quidco today which says:
