Quidco Santander cashback - 123 current acc

If things are that gloomy, I suppose a complaint direct to Santander in due course might generate a general shake up. After all they're not fulfilling a promise if T&C have been met.
I'll wait for now.
The affiliate relationship is between Santander and Quidco; it isn't a direct relationship between Santander and the consumer.
Simply put, Santander owes the affiliate (e.g. Quidco, Comparethemarket, even MSE) whatever has been agreed for each new customer. Quidco simply passes on that money to the consumer, where other affiliates keep it for themselves (e.g. :money:!). If you haven't got your money, it means Quidco haven't got their money - which is their problem.
If you complain direct to Santander about it, they will rightly tell you it's none of your business.0 -

That's why I don't like to use them. Why don't they offer the higher price in the first instance. They are just hoping for people not to recognise and bag the difference - they know what the best available deals are and could offer them straight away. Rpoints made a mint with this approach. Which is why I wouldn't use them either.0 -
Mine didn't track, and after 14 days I have had to raise a cashback claim via Quidco-which Santander won't even accept until 60 days from the date of sign up.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Mine tracked in TCB fine so far.0

What browser did you use when you applied? Reason I ask is that I use Firefox and I had a purchase that never tracked, I had enabled the option "tell websites that I don't want to be tracked" and I had also disabled 3rd party cookies. After enabling the settings mentioned above I haven't had any tracking issues.
Additional information: I believe the "accept 3rd party cookies" is probably the more important setting for correct tracking. You can test your browser tracking using the following URL: http://www.topcashback.co.uk/testtrackingMine didn't track, and after 14 days I have had to raise a cashback claim via Quidco-which Santander won't even accept until 60 days from the date of sign up.0 -

both confirmed but no payout as yet.
i asked on the TCB rep thread and he said they had had some payments for early december but not all at that satge (about 10 days ago) and asked that i contact thm after "another" 4 weeks if not at payable stage.0 -
Had you cleaned your cookies immediately before starting the application?
Yes, I always use a separate browser (Chrome) exclusively for Quidco, and clear my browser history and cookies before logging in. I've been with them for 4 years and never before had a transaction fail to track using this routine-until now.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
I found using Chrome stops TCB tracking properly. It tracks the click, but doesn't trigger the cashback in TCB, so I usually have to make a manual claim.
I use good old Internet Explorer which tends to work every time.0
