If you applied via quidco, how long did it take for you to be paid?
I applied in December and it tracked but still no payment.

The stats for payment are on the left hand side in Quidco. The payment record looks good, you just have to be patient. Having said this, you should never take a Quidco etc. cashback as a guaranteed payment until you have actually received it.

I applied mid Oct and quidco paid mid Dec, but per timings in Innovates link I wouldn't be overly concerned yet if I were you.0

Just noticed lots of negative reviews within quidco about non payment despite tracking.0 -

I don't think I can as it's tracked. When I go to create cashback claim, none of the three options apply.
Is there another way to contact?0 -
Use the Support function, find "Why hasn't my cashback been updated to confirmed yet"
The Quidco website says that "100% paid between 90 to 180 days" for the Santander 123. Seems you just have to be patient
WOW, just seen the cashback's gone to £60 for the next 6 days......good for those who have yet to apply0 -
Quidco are offering £60 cashback on the Current 123 account but the reviews don't seem that positive or encouraging. Topcashback is offering £45.45 cashback on the Current 123 account and the reviews also seem mixed whether you get the cashback or not: http://www.topcashback.co.uk/santander/reviews0

I stuck with TopCashBack.
I didn't want to bother opening a Quidco account, then having £5 taken off me for their yearly fee. The old rate would have meant I would gain £5, which isn't much for yet another website to have my details.
That, together with the bad review about actual payment, I decided not to bother.
Shame I didn't wait for the £60, boo!0 -

You'd still be waiting. It's only £45.45 at TCB.0 -
If things are that gloomy, I suppose a complaint direct to Santander in due course might generate a general shake up. After all they're not fulfilling a promise if T&C have been met.
I'll wait for now.0
