    might surprise a few people, personally my experience with TalkTalk is excellent, my brother and my eldest daughter have excellent service with BT and youngest daughter has a fairly good service from Sky.
    It's someone else's fault.

    Just one which the Indian guy at the call centre talked me through the fix and his fix worked perfectly. So one issue which was fixed straight away which was good customer service and as it's been the only issue in my time with TalkTalk that makes it an excellent experience.
    It's someone else's fault.
