My Mum got her 'ticket' from this site in November.

In December 2 invoices from ULPC

In January Debt Recover sent a letter, then a notice of intended litigation and then at the beginning of February a Reduced Payment Offer

Now March, new month so new letters from Zentith Collections with a Notice of Debt Recovery Assignment (sent twice)

Guessing she is nearly at the end of the chain now on day 130.

Getting there, do the signatures on the DR+/zenith letters match, but with different names (James/Clair)?

Yes but there is also a different one from Louise at DRP where the signature looks like 'lol' :rotfl:
