    Santander declined as you are aware so we went with HALIFAX
    just based on my income but with 30 yrs

    but am stilled baffled as to where i am , broker says full app is done however experian report shows

    4 quotation searches, thts it

    I thought things had moved on.

    You're going to have to talk to your broker about this.

    When the application is submitted, it gets one of three decisions, accept, refer or decline.

    Ask him outright what the screen said when he hit the submit button. If it's refer or decline, he should not have been asked for fee payment details, but I don't know if he was. He'd obviously asked you for them, but I don't know if the Halifax system asked him for them.

    Can we go back to the other thread on this, otherwise it's going to get even more confusing?
