thx guys , i have now gone to my old broker whom i wanted to go with in first place but due to EA tactics we couldnt afford to lose 3rd property just bcoz we werent using their inhouse broker
tbh the whole charming experience of owning a house is becoming a nightmare

Halifax are more flexible than Abbey, although would suggest you get some independent advice before firing off applications as you may be wasting your time depending upon the detail of your case.I am a Mortgage Broker
