I have lived at this address for 20+ years, however it is a DP address but my mortgage company etc have been able to pick up on it.

    Is DP dual purpose?

Ovivo PAYG give you 150+150+400 for free. Extra 150t cost £5.

Would a £5 per month top up validate this?

No, you have to use the credit to buy it. The sim costs £15 and this amount is your starting credit.

Three do the 'Essential Internet SIM 200' plan for £6.90 / month.

    - 200 minutes
    - 5,000 texts
    - 500MB data

You can also get over £20 cashback on Quidco or Topcashback, which brings the monthly price down to £5 something over the course of the 12 month contract.
