Hi All,

I got great advice on here to get the Virgin £7 per month sim that allows unlimited texts, 400 mb and 120 minutes of free calls. Upon calling Virgin I cannot get the Sim card as they do not recognise my address.

Are there any other good deals with other providers whom I could try instead?

Thanks in advance.

Why don't you check first of all with the networks to see which ones DO recognise your address? There aren't many and it's not hard to look at their web sites.

Pity Google don't do a mobile service. You could look up your house on Google Earth and tell them "There it is !"

Is there any alternative addresses you can arrange them to ship to?

Address is about credit checking, not just about shipping to.

Then this could be where your problem is? The way the address is entered, post code 1st then house/flat number , they would usually use the RM address database, so if the address is not showing on there, then you are going to be stuck.
You have not self changed your house number to a house name have you? eg Hurricane Hall or something.

Check with the CRA's what address they have on file.
  • I have lived at this address for 20+ years, however it is a DP address but my mortgage company etc have been able to pick up on it.

300 per month would be enough.

Ovivo PAYG give you 150+150+400 for free. Extra 150t cost £5.

  • Not as competitive but Vodaphone have offered me a 12 month contract for £9 per month with 300 free minutes, unlimited texts and 250 mb.
