I think that this looks like a good deal as it is only a 12 month contract and even though it is redemable by vouchers at month 6 and 12 it works out completly free.

They are also,doing the nokia 3120 on 1000 off peak minutes,free 12 mth line rental,OVP orange plan.
if you go through RPOINTS,you can also get £14 back as well,there are plently of people in the Referal section on this site offering links(me as well)
and if you are not a member join up and you will get another £5,so you could get £19 back,as well as the phone deal.
