If you lose your cd/dvd drives when you downloaded the software go to https://www.unisupport.net you can download the patch and then restart your machine then the drives will be back.

I have got mine on my desktop, which is is next to the bedroom window. I have the arial on the window sill and nothing is blocking it and it still aint picked up any channels. Dont want to run wires around the house as its pointless. can you buy bigger arials say around a foot or so would they be better?

    Regards

    Dave

Can you tell me if the software works under Win XP x64 Professional, the x64 is the important bit.

Is there anyone techy on here that could help me with a problem regarding a bluetooth dongle i bought from Aldi's this morning?
I have installed it no problem and when i go to open the BlueSoleil a windows box opens saying bluetooth application has stopped working and a problem caused the program to stop.It says windows will notify me if there is a solution but it doesn't.I am running vista premium and it says vista on the packaging as that's why i bought it.
Tevion were no use at all.

So this one doesn't sound too brilliant. Can anyone recommend one that works reasonably with its own aerial?

The problem lies with Vista and lack of drivers. I tried 3 different makes of Blue Tooth dongles and none of them worked. I couldn't even get a particular optical mouse to work either!

But that's the thing though it should work with Vista as it says so on the front. It has a picture of the vista icon on the box.I would have thought i could plug it into the USB and it would work but obviosuly not so it's going to have to go back. There won't be any problems with taking it back to Aldi's will there even though i've opened it?
