I recieved a letter saying i overstayed in a car park by 24 mins from euro car parks.
I am in scotland does this affect the issue or do i just ignore this?

Ignore it.
Only the landowner can take the driver to court for damages under trespass, and if it's a free car-park than the damages are zero. If it's a P&D car-park and the driver stayed longer than what they had paid for, than the damages are what the displayed P&D rates are.0 -

If you just search this parking forum for the single word 'Scotland' you will find this advice to ignore repeated in other Scottish threads re fake PCNs.

Then just click 'search this forum' on the right in the little titles just above the end of all the threads. Put in 'Scotland' in the search box then importantly, change the search option to 'show posts' (not 'show threads').

Yes ignore it, you are Scotland they don't do court. Next will be graham white demanding £207.25p . They are in fact roxburghe pretending to be someone else.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Why the heck would you write to a notorious debt collector firm staffed by students, Managed by a 'David-Brent type' ex Banker from Worthing, and on top of all that it's a firm which the Office of Fair Trading are minded to 'refuse to renew' their CCA licence.

Why is she panicking ? We've told you exactly what you will receive ahead of time. We have also told that Michael Sobell aka Graham White are roxburghe pretending to be someone else.

They are hoping their threats will make you decide to pay. You are not a person to them just another RK/driver they have ticketed in the hope some money will come their way.
