Hi there, please see my posts on here by searching "Sobell" in the main forum, or the same over on cag or "Successful defence to private parking ticket" or "Roxburghe / Graham White lose again in court" over on cag.

Michael Sobell aged 76 trading as Graham White Solicitors (Yes with a S on the end )no longer represents Roxburghe or at least that is what the answer machine states !! although in my court case he refers to Roxburghe as "His Firm."

He worked for Hackney Council on the side in the Housing dept up until 2009 where strangely enough one of the leads was named Graham White... Now what are the chances of that ?????

Recently investigated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Roxburghe by the OFT....(Are You Getting The Picture)

Reading your case, Im sure there must be jurastiction issues as you live in Scotland which im sure others can help you with..because if you do get Northampton County Court papers then you can request that the case is struck out... Either way I cant see my dear friend Mr Sobell making a trip to scotland now !

Also Euro Carparks dont own the land in question and have no legal right to bring proceedings against you let alone another debt collector then solicitor pmsl VCS Vs HMRC

You could always write to Roxburghe and state that in view of their behaviour and conduct in the matter of East Kent Hospitals Vs Fever 2013 and their failure/ refusal to pay a court order after losing the case, you have no intention of paying anything :beer:
