Orange contract ending 17th May

    Whilst you are waiting to get through, speed up your handset by deleting all the sms and email messages that are no longer required, stop all running services , uninstall all the unecessary and no longer used apps, re power the handset.

    You wouldn't expect a Wildfire to have the same performance as the HTC One, due to the processor and other hardware like ram etc, but that's where the extra premium is going.

    This will definitely improve your phone's performance. I also had a HTC Wildfire, I rarely used it, but the battery used to drain at an extraordinary rate... after a reset to factory settings the phone can now last a day or two, it's also much quicker.
