It will be paid tomorrow and dated the 3rd of June, its always paid on the second working day of the month which in this months case is the 4th of June!!!!

If you had red the previous posts before posting this you would have seen that it will be paid tomorrow and the payment dated 3rd of June!!!

Its always paid on the second banking day of the month, except when its a bank holiday!!!!!!!!

Neither has mine and I undersatnd it is usually paid on the second working day of the month. Reading the previous posts I wonder why some people had theirs paid today and we have not. Will check again tomorrow

PLEASE read the date of the most recent post which said they had received the £5. Unfortunately Hominu resurrected the thread in anticipation of this month's questions instead of letting it rest.

Just wait to log in tomorrow and you will find the £5 added as long as you met the conditions.

(In accordance with their conditions they actually have longer to pay it but, AFAIK, have always paid it with effect from the first bank working day but it doesn't show online until the second bank working day.)

THANK YOU for pointing that out to me. I see the people who had bene paid were paid in March. I'm new to both MSE and Halifax banking and as you pointed out had not noticed the previous posts were from March. Silly me!!

But when its a bank holiday it will not be the second banking day of the month, as banks don't work on bank holidays

I actually got this £5 reward and don't think I met the conditions last month. I opened the account in May and only had one DD goint out in May - as most DDs go out on the 1st of the month - so they debited the account on the 3rd of June.
