Hey all, sorry been up to my eyes in stuff, finished my night shift Monday morning had a few hours sleep then up to do the private stuff before heading back to bed to sleep for Britain ... Yesterday was an " erm el your going in holiday soon better get started in the cases day" so I was washing drying and ironing, I had a pile that would've given Tilly a run for her money, I'm sure froggy sneaked some things in there, thought to myself och I will just take this and that, then I tried this am that on and a lot of the this and that was too small ... Cue a mis-matched wardrobe blue top with irnbru shorts anyone?

But I ain't buying anything so it will just have to do :)

Today I'm working a long day then that's me finished with work till the second week of June ... Woooo hoooo ... I have my friend coming up tomorrow to wax me and do my nails, I have all the stuff here so it's just gonna cost me a lunch and spending some quality time with a good friend I think I can manage that :)

Thanks pippi for the info will pass it all onto son as he is very keen to do his course but is worried about the financial implications ... He is 22 years old today, I can still remember finding out I was pregnant with him, where does the time go ? He has decided he isn't going for his graduation ceremony, he feels its a rip off and I think he feels that a) he doesn't deserve it b) he doesn't want to encourage it c) graduation ceremonies are more for parents etc and he knows we don't feel the need to have one as we are proud of him no matter what.

Money wise everything is just plodding, we go away on Saturday an I think financially we will just about make it

Thankfully my friend that we got the last break fr got the cheque in to replace the money we spent on diesel so that will help, we will just have to be careful with the spending ( and we will :) ) but I think we should make it

Gonna try and have a wee nosey on the diaries before I head as I may not get the chance

If you don't see me on the book of faces its because I'm doing one of my 101 things in 1001 days ... I'm gonna try a while week without Facebook ... Now that will be an achievement lol ... I'm sure there will be a collective sigh I relief regarding that one lol

That's the one my bloke actually laughed at on my list:mad:! He thinks it will be the hardest one of my challenges and says I have to be in the country for the whole seven days not allowed to do it while on hols:o

Ahhh see I am not sure I could do that myself lol ... I'm only attempting it as I won't have my phone with me lol

If I manage it then I will retry it when I am in the country as I agree it is kinda cheating

Incidentally peeps we are talking about 101 things in 1001 days, I don't have 101 things yet that I want to do, I have a lot more but I am thinking of hat I can realistically afford ... No point in putting down things like go to the Taj Mahal when the realistic chance are that won't happen in 1001 days

Tonight people .... I have looked into the bowels of hell ... And it wasn't pretty, no amount of pernod could even make it palatable, I am now sitting listening to a cat squealing to ABBA ... God it's even worse than Vegas ... I've turne the very noisy air con on to try and mask the sounds of the squealing

I think the nicest thing I can say about this place is come next Sunday ( sadly not tomorrow) I won't be here ... Oh and I didn't think I would drink all the Pernod but I reckon that's now a given

    I am in hell ...

Oh dear :(. At least it's sunny isn't it :T.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

It was sunny today yep, I don't actually like the sun too much tbh as I burn very easily, I have to wear factor 50 ultrasun ( not sure if you've heard of that brand or not) and I still burn, so I tend to have my breakfast then stay in the room till about 4pm till the sun cools a bit and I still burn ( I can burn in winter though)

My teeth have been ground down to stumps and the fake smile I have plastered to my face isn't holding up, wonderful tonight by Eric Clapton is currently playing, it's only how old now ? But hey I spouse it's more modern than ABBA

I'm deff better going beluga whale watching or aurora borealis watching or something, although to be fair death valley whilst much hotter than here is easier to handle ... I will have no teeth left by the end of the holiday, my liver and kidneys will hate me

And I can't go onto Facebook to moan to my friends as I have banned myself for a week

I'm just gonna read a book

Ohhhhh poor me lol lol lol

Like an idiot I thought the screaming cats had all went to sleep by 3 am so I got mr el to turn off the noisy aircon as I couldn't sleep with it on ( very noisy and rattly) as soon as he had turned it off I could hear all the noise again ... 5am before that quietend down, then we had the drunken bums scraping their high heels off the floors as they staggered past laughing and screaming and singing, I think I have had about half an hours sleep

    6 more nights to go

    Oh joy
