There isnt any chocolate in them Tilly, it does taste chocolatey though, i think its the almond butter and the coconut oil that does it.

Be careful though, on a low carb eating plan they are ideal as they have very few carbs ( honey and the cranberries but you could leave that out) but if you are on a high carb eating plan then you have to be aware of the fat and protein, if you eat too many you may put on weight.

My problem is having them as a treat and not an all day every day thing to eat as they are yummy ( well in my opinion) ... i also find having them in the wee cake cases is better as psychologically it makes it a treat as opposed to say a breakfast bar type thing... although again to be fair, psychologically speaking that doesnt work for me either as i eat them all:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

let me know how it goes

Are you off to Vegas again? or is this one of those trips to the stars with Mr Branson (the stars as in the lunar things rather than as in Kate Winslet)?

Fairly stressed but starting to see a way through via a 0% transfer between my current cards (ie. won't require a credit check), a long weekend with a friend in about a month and a pay rise at the end of July. It's survivable provided I ignore my dad!

Well today we are meant to be going on a cruise to see the local wildlife, we got a phone call yesterday saying that unless two more people booked it won't be happening, it may happen tomorrow we will see, I that doesn't happen we are going to head off to a beach with apparently white sands, the place we are staying in is really lovely and very expensive, will tell you all the value of the prize etc when I am safely home, lets put it this way, we would've been cheaper going abroad for a week out of season, but I've always wanted to see more of the country I love so I am delighted to be having this opportunity and very grateful to my friend, I don't think she would've enjoyed it tbh, as its not really a get drunk, go dancing, watch a different kind of wildlife :) , get a lumber etc break, ahhh the joys of a miss spent youth lol

What - you're cruising the streets of Brentwood looking for TOWIE stars? Enjoy :).
