Serenata Flowers - Avoid!

I decided to use Serentana to send flowers to a friend who was marking the loss of a loved one. On the website the flowers looked well arranged and came presented with ribbons. I paid extra for a larger bunch as this was a very important occasion.
The delivery was quick, but that was where the good service ended. I was there when my friend received the flowers. It was embarrasing - the bunch was tiny full of unopened flowers and had been presented in a manner akin to petrol station flowers.
I contacted customer services with photos and almost immediately received a response stating that the flowers were as inteneded. I responded to the email and received a stock answer asking me to send photos. I replied that I had and after much toing and fro-ing I received a response stating that they couldn't open my photos. So obviously someone was lying.
The next day I resubmitted photos and again received the exact same response 17 minutes later advising the flowers were as they should have been. I never received a single personalised response from Serenata and it was clear each response had been copied and pasted. Not a single of my complaint points had been addressed and it remains unresolved.
All in all I would urge you not to use Serenata. The flowers sent were embarrassing and were no way worth the £40 paid. The occasion was very important and I wanted the flowers to reflect that, but they didn't.
In over 10 years of online shopping, Serenata has been by far my worst experience ever. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I would never use them again.

Horrible to have to tell DD and DSs they'd been ripped off by Seranata Flowers .com.

The deluxe bouquet was a handful of battered blooms and limp leaves in a damp box (water container had spilt) -zero presentation, no 'wow' factor that you'd expect at that price. petrol station flowers would have looked better.

"what you see is what you get" - NO!

The first and last time we'll use serantaflowers.com, despite their flashy website.
