Broke Kitty, I have mine in an online account which is very clearly named as my 1% project so I don't touch it! I also have a post-it note with a grid on that I kep in my diary. I cross off a square when each 1% is saved. I'm all about the low-tech approach!"Does it spark joy?" - Marie Kondo

I've worked out what my 1% savings are for. I'm planning to settle a long long long term loan as soon as I can. As a result I have my work cut out for me. This challenge really helped me focus while I was paying the cerci cards off this year and I'll be using it again to keep my focus on this task.
I'll be ebaying away to help the saving fund along as before.

I had an annual statement on my loan last month and arranged to make an extra payment to cover accrued interest on which I was being charged. Clearing that has meant that all payments from now on will reduce the capital sum, a result in terms of quicker repayment.:j:money:
My totals now look like this;
#196 Loan £1508.77/6200 24.5%/100%
For which I say Thank you for the inspiration to focus on repaying the debt, and giving me the kick up the b*m to be able to repay 15% in one go:beer: :T

Hi folks - I can add 1.5% to my total now which brings me to 25.5%. Doubt I will make it anywhere near 30% by NYE which is what I've been hoping for... I dare say I will make it 26 or 27% by then... Ebay has been such a let down for me this last few weeks - P+P seems really dear and not many bids. Then my highest selling item which my buyer puller out of sold for less than half on it's relisting All in all I reckon I've only made about £25 profit on well over £100 worth of BNWT clothes. Oh well onwards and upwards!1% at a time no. 40. £8000 (For dream family holiday) 94/100
