Hello! I'd love to join in on this challenge. I'm signed up to lots of survey sites already and review on a few websites. We have a debt of £3,200 and I have a £50 overdraft I want rid of. We have already paid off £188.46 of the debt so 5%. My 1% is £32.50. I want to hopefully smash that total each month to make £50 but we'll see. I do lots of different challenges (grocery based mostly) so hopefully I can add to the pot with money saved there too! x
Goals: Save £500 for emergencies, Save £200 of Amazon vouchers for Xmas, fix my holey clothes!

Seeing how well you are all doing has given me the incentive to join in this well thought out challenge. Seeing my debt in chunks of 1% is definitely less daunting.
So, my 1% is £275.76

Hi guys,
Dh doing about 4 hours overtime today, I've spent nothing all day :j been to the zoo, the mother in law treated the kids to ice lolly and a toy each and I was offered an ice cream but declined (thinking of my waist!)
However, got our tax details through for our business and we need to pay £5538 in march and we have £0 saved up/put aside. As soon as the overdraft is clear we will be tackling this (again keeping the CC on minimum payments) after march we have the car balloon payment to save up (we had planned to start this in January, but starting in April will mean saving more per month.) We also need to start putting money aside for next years tax for the company but this will have to be after march. Soooo we won't be out of debt for a wee while but we have a plan for the next 14 months.
It's going to be a cheap Xmas I think!

Good luck getting your OD draft down - that's what I am focusing on along with paying back the CC debt. Will have repaid 1/4 of the OD this month and then carrying on over the next few month to get back in credit and stay in credit.
Not much going on ebay over the last 2 weeks - one 99p sale but hey keep trying and they will sell I'm sure. Relisted 99p things in the week and then the rest yesterday as its free listing this weekend.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Hi fedupandskint. Dh has been doing plenty of overtime so although this month is quite stressful (me managing the 3 kids full time on my own with little spending money) we will hopefully have enough to clear it on aug 29 :j
Dh did 1.5 hrs overtime on Friday morning, 6.5 Saturday and so far an hour today whilst kids been watching tangled and I'm listing things on eBay!
