anyone got their interest paid today?
They can't pay it yet because they don't know how much you'll have in the account today until close of business tonight.

You'll see it late tonight/early in the morning after they run the month-end batch process.

They would probably recall the entire overdraft in one go - but check the T&Cs for further information.

If the account is not funded he will get an od limit nearer to zero, its not immediate but a 'review'. Otherwise they dont apply charges for the first year so far as I know

You'll see it at the end of the day, just into tomorrow, but with today's date (assuming you have it funded correctly of course).

I really do admire you all who have multiple FlexDirect accounts and manage also Vantage/Enhance and whatever else
Am an oldie and finding it uphill just to get transferred from Flexaccount to Flex Direct
Would you believe I have just received a new batch of FlexAccount cheques and also a batch of FlexDirect cheques.
Long read but nice to see some on top.

How old an oldie and do you travel to Europe?
If you do travel, remember that the free European travel insurance is not provided with Flex Direct current account unlike regular Flex current.

Age 77...but have just been in to the branch, all settled, I think.
The cashier explained that as long as FlexDirect is funded correctly, I can transfer money each month to Flex Account and pay the outgoing DD's without the hassle of moving them.
Downside is no paper bill for Flex Direct, and this might impinge on benefits requirements.
    Done Europe in 1973. lol

My wife called them about the old account travel cover and the extra amount they wanted to cover pre-existing conditions was excessive.

Cheaper for us to continue with this account and shop around for cover.
