No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in March

UU'd a horribly greasy Nivea Sensitive sample which had probably been in the stash for too long and WNBA.
Though I got an unexpected Boots gift card and so have a Scholl Cracked Heels and replacement interdental brush head Ins. But I don't have either in the stash and do need them plus they cost me nothing so that's ok, isn't it?0 -
Another IN for me but a 'free' one - Percy & Reed Volumising No Oil Oil for fine hair - saw this in Tesco free with Glamour so I thought it was worth a try for the £2 price of the magazine - hopeful my hair will get on with it as was really disappointed with the L'Oreal Extraordinary Oil and I've no serum or similar at the moment and creams tend to be too heavy. It seems to have great reviews on QVC.
Used the new Garnier moisturiser this morning, first impressions are very good, went on well, smells lovely and left makeup easy to apply with a nice dewy finish. Really pleased, I hope I continue to like it as its a bargain price!0 -
Evening all!
I'm just back from a food run to Tesco's and I managed to resist buying my new HG Nivea lotion, even though it's currently half price. I am VERY proud of myself! No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

Evening all, hope everyone is well.
I have fallen off the wagon a little. OH and I went and signed up at Costco today and spent a small fortune. We've recently created a pantry in our under stairs cupboard and have stockpiled longlife products, cleaning products etc. My old cleaning challenge went completely out the window today!!
I did however manage to be restrained amongst bargain basement price toiletry goods and restricted myself to two Sure Maximum Protection deodorants for £6.49 when the normal price is £5 for one. This is my HG but I had held back for other cheaper products.
I have also had a little splurge online but will declare those once the parcel arrives.
I also have one OUT: TBS Moonflower body lotion 125ml
This was bought for me as part of a gift set many years ago - 5 or 6 years ago in my estimation. I was not looking forward to using it as I did not like the scent of the body wash that had come with it. In the event this had gone off, made my skin prickly and smelt like awful cleaning products so TA. Opened up a No7 body lotion form the Christmas 2011 stash which still feels quite heavy and greasy on the skin0 -
I have had a bit of a clear out today and given to my daughters the following
2 x Too faced lip injection gloss
Too Faced blusher
Benefit eye bright
4 x eyeshadows
3 x body butters
3 x suddenly perfume
UU Decleor aroma cleanse face wash mini tube WBA but not for a while yet!

Hammyham - the facebook group is a swap group for us to basically swap bits and bobs that we dont want any more - people list or photograph what they have, and put it up - then other people say what they have and if it fits peoples wants, its swapped
If you want to join, message me on here with your facebook profile link and I'll add you (has to be as a friend first, its a private group)
I like the sound of this, are they local groups, or a nationwide thing? I'd like this, as I keep getting smellies I can't use as birthday and christmas presents. I don't know how to pm though...0 -

We were in there yesterday and I did not resist the half price Wilkinson Sword razors. Not going to count these as an IN though I don't think as I don't stockpile these. In fact I'm quite mean when it comes to razor blades as I always try and hold our for a really good offer then manage to miss it. Anybody know of any good cheap stockists?
I opened the L'Occitane date hand cream last night and remember somebody posting that they didn't like the fragrance. I agree with you whoever you are. It smells like marzipan. In MSE fashion though I'll carry on with it. Can't bear to chuck out L'Occitane.
Saw in Sainsbury's yesterday (went in for the cat design Lulu Guinness bag which wasn't in) that another mag is offering freebie Balance Me handcreams this month as well. Was good and didn't buy this either.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
