The skin around the eyes is very delicate and prone to showing signs of ageing, I personally use eye gels (creams make my eyes sore) because the skin around my eyes feels sore sometimes and I like the cooling effect.

    Thank you Kadison :T

  • I have two UUs today, and shockingly they are both makeup based.

    No7 instant radiance concealer pen.

I already had another one of these in the stash which I have opened. I have been using this for a number of years, but I am beginning to think it needs to be supplemented with a thicker concealer underneath as my under eye area is quite dark.

    No7 beautiful brows pencil

I am very fair and have to use makeup to define my very blonde eyebrows. Until recently I had always used pencils, however following a bobbi brown demonstration I now use a powder on a small angled brush (a dupe from BS rather than BB as I had one in the stash) with the BB eyebrow definer in auburn over the top. I tried to use the pencil today and found it too dark and heavy, and was immediately aggravated by how often the pencil broke. WNBA.

    Two UU's.

One truly disgusting Molton Brown airline size toothpaste which I would never, ever, ever use again. Except I have one more in the stash and loathe waste.

One facial Nivea facial clenser sample size which is a bit too drying to buy the full size.

I filled my basket right up in Lush today.....and left it on the counter, and left (having let the girl start to ring it all in) telling them that actually,as I had just seen their ridiculous campaign I wouldnt be patronising their shop ever again....

Being good for this thread, or making a tiny stand.... you decide.... ;)

Did anyone see MArtin's email about the BS free £3, has anyone used it? Debating whether to go in for a look tomorrow (although know I shouldn't) but hard to resist something for nothing! :D

I used it to get money off my Elderflower eye gel rather than getting something for free and adding to my endless collection of other stuff!

I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to make my hair feel less heavy? I've been trying out sulfate free shampoo for about a month, and have tried 2 brands and it has felt the same with both. I have fine hair, and it just feels flat and heavy, almost like when you put too much conditioner in it. Is there anything I can do about it that doesn't involve buying a new shampoo? I already have 3-4 bottles, so can't justify it! I live in a medium-hard water area, so wondered if it was maybe limescale build up?

I usually wash my hair twice with the sulfate free shampoos as they never seem to lather on the first wash- if its feeling really heavy I use a normal shampoo first and then the sulfate free.

Lush santa bath bomb WBA as my daughter loved the bright green water.

Something that I find helps my hair is mixing some sea salt into my existing shampoo, you put around 5 cups salt to 4 cups shampoo or the equivalent, maybe give that a go? Another thing is that you may be using too much shampoo and/or not rinsing your hair thoroughly enough before conditioning, also don't condition your roots, hth x
