How long will they take to get back do you think? Another 8 weeks is too much, as with Bank of Ireland. Can someone who is on the ball just summarise what action we should all take to fight this unfair changes ? It is getting confusing whom to approach for help.

Does anyone know when the second reply to the letter from the treasury committee is due to be published/sent? This is something that needs sorting out at government level rather than individuals

Why would government get involved in an argument over contracts between a company and individuals?

I think it is something to do with the treasury committee and someone called Wheatley or something. It is unfair clauses and bank exploitation. Someone who is clever would know more on this front.

I last visited the forum a number of weeks ago and saw that there was a sample letter complaining to the Bank of Ireland that somebody had kindly written and was allowing others to use. I now cannot find this? Does anybody have a link to it.
Just seen from my Bank Statement that the increase has now taken effect!
