    Also, you should know that when you go into the online account system at https://myaccount.newcalltelecom.co.uk, if you click anything in the top menu bar (green with white text) you just get page not found errors. You have to click one of the other links in the page to get anywhere and then everything starts working.

    Just to let you know we have recently received a lot of feedback in regards to customers having trouble logging into their online accounts.

    To combat this we will be sending emails to all our ebilling customers to help them log in, these emails should be arriving before the end of the week.

    kaz8210 - I agree this is a terribly long time to wait for a response, if you email me your details I can look into this personally.

    tigerminxy - it sounds like we have done what's known as a like for like transfer, where basically we transfer the line and any calling features straight across from your previous supplier to ourselves. Some of these calling features are chargeable and show up as Select Services on your bill, if you fire me a quick email I'll get these removed and a credit applied to your account for you.

    Hello,
    I have received the e-mail about reviewing my bills, however when I log in I can see bills for Jul 2011- Oct 2012 but nothing since then.

    I have now managed to log into the new online portal. It might have been a good idea to stick a friendly message on the old site which would have saved me having to bleat here :)

    I have been with Primus for approc 18 months, for 12 months I had no problems & when I asked to be changed to the cheaper line rental my account number & password wont allow me to log in.
    I have emailed a few months ago regarding this but I have not had a reply.

    Please sort this problem

    Hi All

    I know that there is some uncertainty with regards to override codes.

    In a nutshell we do not restrict the use of override codes with any of our products. However with a phone and broadband bundle, there are (in rare cases) circumstances when we are unable to facilitate the use of the code.

    We know the trend in override codes has moved away from just landline towards phone and broadband so it’s not favorable for us to bar access to overrides. In any instance where we do find a bar we do our utmost to try and provide service.

    I would recommend for anyone wanting to definitely make override calls who also want broadband to use the separate phone and broadband deals: Line rental saver + standalone broadband. It's still super cheap on pricing.

    I was on the Line rental for a while & thought I was doing the best thing by adding the B/Band - but if overides are not possible - then it's no use to me.
    How do I go about reverting to the Line Rental that allows the overide calls ? - and a separate Broadband deal ? - could you please outline the costs & tell me how to go about it ?

    I am trying to set up the call alerts on my phone account online.
    I have Inputted my email as the contact , but keep getting the message
    Please rectify the following errors on the form
    You need to have some saved searches to configure alerts

    But under searches it says no options
    I therefore can't add anything there
