UKPC Ltd and Zenith Collections

My heinous crime was exactly the same as yours, if you are at the Zenith stage you will probably get one more and they will finally admit defeat.
I had 2 from UKPC 3 from Debt Recovery plus and 2 from Zenth collections.
Just look at it this way and inform your dad, if they could, or were going to do anything, they would have done it by the second DRP letter.
Also just read the progression of the desperate pleading in the tone of the letters, they make threats, then start to withdraw and try bargaining and a final reduced offer, it is pathetic and all a scam.
Tell your dad they also threaten and scam the disabled, and pensioners I witnessed this in a UKPC car park last week, and tried my utmost to calm the old gent down and help him see sense.
He had been ticketed while his disabled wife sat in the car and he was in the pet shop!
Stick it out and you'll be so pleased you cost THEM money too.;)

If I remember correctly "Zenith" are the last letters you should receive from them.
Absolutely nothing to worry about; I've had 8 tickets from UKPC and have cycled through their letter chain numerous times

Nothing can happen - it's the same as if you were getting phishing emails on an email address shared with them - and they'd happily chuckle and delete those wouldn't they? Nothing happens, it's all smoke and mirrors and near the end of the letter chain now as well, show them the letters to come (if any):

Under UKPC, only one Zenith letter is shown but we know they have more then one (but they do get confused over their 'staff signatures' as you will see!). More Zenith letters are linked there under 'MET', 'Premier Park' and others that all use these computerised scamograms.

Zenith are still 'Debt Recovery Plus' you know, same company, different paper, same lack of teeth. Bunch of useless pen-pushers, that's all.
