At the risk of causing a mad flurry of ebay listings - did you know you can add what i call quick listings - title, price and "to be edited" or "info being added shortly" in the description bit - especially useful on free listing days when you don't have time to add everything :D last time i added 7 £10 listings with no photo, short description and nothing much else and was able to go on later and add all the info i wanted :D but shuuuuuush don't tell anyone :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Last time I did this my listings were removed :(

Well I've had the most rubbish weekend ever. I think a combination of mother's day, unemployment and being with my boyfriend 24/7. It was only at 2pm that I managed to dig myself out of my slump and list a handful of eBay things. Now I'm watching Sky+ and sitting with a bag of things to list.

I just remembered that I sold some items to CEX and haven't received payment yet. The items were delivered (I sent them via collect+) on 27th February. I've emailed them but I'm worried now.

Anyway, I want to get 100 items on eBay; 'cheating' because a lot of them are relists. I've also made a daily time table to combat the unemployment blues and have some direction to my days, here's hoping that helps! I'm also going to set myself a few goals per week, so this week it is to get the low down on Open University whilst receiving benefits...if my course is paid for then my career will be sorted, long term at least!

emmaglet, maybe you should join my positive steps challenge :D sounds just what you need to set and reach some goals!

Re the listing with minimal info - what did they say was the reason for removal? I've had things on for days with no info on them and no problem - just added about another 40 listings like that this evening and will be adding photos and info later on and tomorrow.

Right........I am officially throwing in the Ebay towel!!!!

Managed to get 25 things listed (8 were re-lists and 17 new items). Was aiming for 30 but I am starting to loose the will with it now so will save some bits for the next free listing weekend. Chucked a couple of cheeky £25 start bid items in there and will see what happens. Most of it is pitched at the under £5 mark.

On and off it has pretty much taken me most of the afternoon to get it on there

Mavy - your post made me :rotfl:- out in the snow in your dressing gown is what I call dedication to the cause so well done you!! Sounds like you have been picking up some serious bargains.

So now for the next stage............"selling page watching" for the remainder of the week and willing those watchers to bid bid bid!! There will be riots in my little local post office should I even "think" about turning up with 25 packages!!!!!!

Enjoy the rest of your evening everyone & well done on your efforts :money:

Thank you Fairyclicks.Couldn't see advanced search on my mobile search but have it on the iPad. Did just find the site cheap-bargains.co.uk which does a direct local search.

    Thanks again!
