Please could you thank post #34 to be added to the list of those contacting Trading Standards?

Thanks Angelmum. I've done the same and e-mailed it. I have asked them to let me know the address if they would prefer me to post it.0

Thought I'd bring this to the fore in case others who have not looked in recently have missed the update on Trading Standards involvement. Also, if you have received and returned their questionnaire please could you thank post 34 please, Its up to 20 but I would expect it to be higher (?)0

There seems to be far fewer people looking at this thread than have lost money. I'm a bit miffed that my "signpost" to here was moved out of the Grabbit thread to somewhere even more obscure (even though the header said "Not a Grabbit but Norfolk Hamper news"):(. Since most of us got fleeced after seeing it NHC mentioned on there in the first place I thought it only right to signpost via there.
Anyway, when I get a few moments, I'll trawl through the old NH post and try to find the thread where we thanked to log that we had hampers outstanding and PM those that thanked. I suspect that most people have given up hope - I only found this thread by chance....
Hey beanhead, did you you hear back from anyone you pm'd??
From the number of people who have requested the forms from me and those that have thanked the post on his thread, I would guesstimate about 50 people have sent the forms in thus far, so still more to do it......
Come on guys, get these forms sent off so we can try and get justice served!!!!0 -
Only seven pm's in my inbox and, of those, the investigation was news to just two. I suspect most people don't log in regularly and were already resigned to losing their money and are just trying to put the bad experience behind them.
Perhaps we can all put a note / link about this thread in our signatures so it goes on other threads. I'm not the most prolific poster but I think I'm about to become one!0 -

I've just noticed this thread. My refund cheque from NHC did clear thankfully so I wasn't out of pocket in the end. Would trading standards still like to hear from me do you think?:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0

I sent them all the details I had including copies of every email even though like you I got a full refund by cheque. My view is the more information they have the easier it will be to prosecute him for fraudulent practices.0
