Received my form on Friday. Have filled it in, just need to print a few things off now to send with it. Can't believe how many times I actually contacted them via Twitter, email and letter to chase my "order" up. I was one of the lucky ones to get a cheque refunding the full amount. Hope those who are still fighting get theirs sorted soon.

How about we try to keep a note of how many of us return the questionaire to Trading Standards? Maybe if anyone who does so could thank this post?

Why am I not surprised. I was amazed that people would even think sbout paying for these hampers.

There seems to be far fewer people looking at this thread than have lost money. I'm a bit miffed that my "signpost" to here was moved out of the Grabbit thread to somewhere even more obscure (even though the header said "Not a Grabbit but Norfolk Hamper news"):(. Since most of us got fleeced after seeing it NHC mentioned on there in the first place I thought it only right to signpost via there.

Anyway, when I get a few moments, I'll trawl through the old NH post and try to find the thread where we thanked to log that we had hampers outstanding and PM those that thanked. I suspect that most people have given up hope - I only found this thread by chance....

I never contacted Trading Standards so got nothing from them but happy to send them my 'story' anyway(I never got my hampers but got full refund through paypal)

I've had about 30 requests for the form so far, so trading standards should have a nice pile forming now!!
