I'm going to fill the rest of the form in tomorrow - today I have filled in the paperwork to get my money back from the bank using visa chargeback - at least they've now sent the forms so I'm glad I didn't give up on it. Just such a long drawn out process. Never want to see another hamper again!

Was wondering if any one can offer any advice please? My husband ordered the 12 month hamper deal in November after seeing it on MSE. We received the first hamper a couple of days before Xmas. Was expecting the next hamper in January when we received the last general email to say the company was closing down. My husband paid via paypal with money held with them. Paypal say they can do nothing as it's outside the 45 day limit. We have no credit card company to go to instead as we used money in our Paypal account. Just don't know where to turn to now and feel that our money is lost for good. We trusted this man to get his act together but feel so terribly let down like so many others on here. I have never known or experienced anything like it. If anyone has any thoughts on what we could do now please say, much appreciated. Thank you.

I eventually got a direct debit indemnity scheme to kick in for my paypal payment and got my money back mid-Feb. So do I just ring and ask for the questionnaire too? because the scale of anguish and lies was so stressful.

I urge everyone that had issues ( even if you did get your money back one way or another) to complete the form and send back to trading standards. Only then will they get to see the full extent of this issue! Again if anyone needs the form, please PM me with your email address and I'll forward over. :)

Just to say that I was one of the most vociferous on here urging people to get their money back, (and taking some stick from some people because of it), and I did eventually get my money back. However, I was also one of the first to contact Trading Standards, and as they sent me a letter last week, I feel duty bound to fill it in. I have today posted their completed questionnaire back along with copies of my order, some screen grabs from the NH website, some email correspondence, and a copy of the letter I sent threatening small claims court if I didn't get my money back.

Everyone should fill the forms in, regardless of whether they are out of pocket or not, as Trading Standards are trying to build a picture of what happened, when it happened and what was done (or not done) to try and prevent the monumental !!!!-up from happening in the first place.

I also sent copies of everything I had along with the questionnaire. I ran out of energy trying to battle with paypal, the bank, etc, and ultimately had to step back and resign myself to having lost this money. BUT this is a very simple questionnaire to fill in and urge everyone possible to have a look at it and give it a go.

I have to say that I didn't send copies of everything, otherwise "an area of rainforest the size of Wales" would have been destroyed in the process. :rotfl:

I can be added to the list: I have received a form from Trading Standards which I will be filling in later. Having printer problems at the moment though, so I won't be able to attach communications.

Is there anywhere to email our forms. Then some of us may be able to attach communications that way.
    TIA :)

i can be added to the list. i wasnt going to bother, i was going to see it as a lesson learnt and i certainly wont be so trusting in the future, but he has to be stopped doing this again to others. i have ordered my form today and will definately be filling it in. i paid for and received, after a few promting emails, the christmas 6 hamper deal that were fine. i also ordered two x 12 month deals and received the first months hampers which werent very good at all.
