I've viewed a 2nd car, is this anything to worry about?

Looks like it has spent a great deal of time parked near the sea (not IN the sea), I mean on the sea front :cool:0

(2nd hand car that is!! - Cant edit the title!!)
Its a 2005 model vehicle, slightly above average mileage), immaculate inside & outside, FSH, every receipt kept for every bit of work carried out, including lightbulbs.
I've just compared the pics. with my 55 reg. Jazz 1.4 and "yours" is much more corroded looking under the bonnet. Also, how much work has it needed? Mine's needed an exhaust heat shield refastening plus 2 new tyres and rear discs and pads. Otherwise just routine annual services.0 -
Agree with the parking near the sea - I moved back to my mum's (right on the coast) and some of the external parts of my car corroded faster than when I lived inland.

I'd look at another, the 2nd hand market is pretty flooded.
Also, it may help to provide the make and model of car first next time.0
