Easyjet

Hi There. Just to say stick with it. I started my claim in December 2012. Dont write and send recorded delivery, they will not reply!! I did twice then rang Customer Services. No help whatsoever. So emailed and asked for CEO email address. Her name is Carolyn McCall. Wrote to her (and got Executive Customer Services) Brilliant. Prompt respeonse and sorted out within 5 weeks at the most. Had my cheque through although in Euros and has now been banked. Thank you Martin Lewis.:j

    Congratulations on your success.

What email address did you use for Carolyn McCall ?
  • Carolyn.McCall@easyJet.com

This is registered on ceoemails.com for her
  • The email address I used carolyn@easyjet.com. Hope this helps anyone else out there. Dont try general customer services...they do not have a clue except to say "you need to email us"!!!!
