Just bursting to call my husband and tell him........, hehehe
Just booked a little surprise for my son and husband, but am busting to tell them, thus no surprise
I am totally rubbish at keeping surprises and from the minute i know it, I just want them to share in the happiness that I feel at giving them it.
I am going to burst soon and i have only booked it a few hours ago.
How do i keep my enthusiasm down and stop giving [STRIKE]little [/STRIKE]big, huge, massive hints to them.

While surprises are okay, they are only momentary.
I would much rather have the surprise of being told about it and the
excitement of the run up to it to be honest.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Tell others who won't tell them, or just keep imagining the looks on their faces when they eventually find out

I'm with McKneff - I'd rather have something to look forward to. I don't like secrets and hate surprises, even really nice ones.
But yes - just tell us instead! Or make something else up as a red herring to explain your strange behaviour. :j0 -
"I have a surprise but i can't tell you"
"Then why did you tell me" ?Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

Reminds me of my trainee network bod who planned a surprise proposal for his girlfriend whilst they were on holiday in Florida.
He'd meticulously planned it all, got the ring, etc, and we at work knew all about it.
They came back, she visited us, and we congratulated her. She told us that she'd nearly broken up with him on the day of the proposal because he was acting so uncharacteristically erratically and strangely! :rotfl:0
