Can anyone help me. I've tried the F11 button, got a full screen but the writing still doesn't fit the screen and I can't see the skip animation or log details buttons. I've also now watched the film four times and still can't see what to press at the end of it! Many thanks in anticipation.

Just checked the website and it looks like the offer's finished. The "collect your sample..." button has vanished so I guess there was a huge demand for them.
