Thanks for the tip to press the 'F11' button. I too was having problems, just the film, a selection of words on the left hand side but nowhere to click. Tried a few times. Then read the suggestion to press F11 button and as if by magic, the application form appeared bottom left. In fact, this morning I have also received a confirmation e-mail, so I look forward to receiving the lipstick.

So anyone else having problems just PRESS F11 button. Good luck!

Thank you for this link. Very expensive lipstick so will be nice to try it for free!:) I completed the form and it said my details had been saved so hopefully my free sample is on its way!!

Is it just me but every time Channel offers a free mascara or a lipstick, I print off the free sample voucher take it to Boots of Debehems and am told that they do not have it in stock, I live in South Yorkshire and this has happened to me on a regular basis.

Hi Mazza,
I was going crazy trying to see these 'very feint' clickables too but I saw them more easily when I made sure I was viewing on full screen. The first is located on the very bottom edge of the frame and the second is located immediately below the film credits as they appear onscreen. Hope this helps.

Hi there,

For all of you that cannot see the "Enter" or claim you prestige sample, if you go to "view" on the tool bar, the at the bottom click on full screen (F11) you will see the message at the bottom of the screen. This was at the end of the film when it has info about production etc.

Took me a while to work it out too. Must be something to do with the screen settings.
