For those of you who cannot see the menu and collect free sample at botton left of screen, you need to change your screen appearence settings in your pc control panel, then it will show. Just change them back afterwards, if you wish.

Thanks for the original post - got my daughter-in-law to go for it too! I did that because she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but she isn't stupid either and I could not believe the problems some of you other guys were having. Are you new to computers and the internet or what? I have to say I just thought "DUH"! I even got my dolt of a husband to give it a go too and he managed without ANY help from me. Come on ladies, you're letting the side down!

This was driving me crazy but I hit F11 and I could see the instructions then.

I hope we all get this, it seems too good to be true :rotfl:

Follow up to last message posted.....would you believe it,just managed to get onto the site link!!! Registered my details(-skipped the film-can see what was meant by it looking like a !!!!!! site!) Hopefully will receive something in next few weeks,looking forward to seeing what arrives:-) Anyone else having problems with the site just keep persisting

Hi, I had exactly the same problem, then realised that making it full-screen (pressing the F11 key on my keyboard) really helped!! By doing this, you can then see the Skip Intro button, and then the 'click here for your sample' button. Try it - it'll work :j

I too am having problems getting through, I sit through this stupid film (as if it is meant to make me want to buy because of it...) and then the writing seems to be too much for my screen, so I don't see click for free sample. Is there something I can do? I would love to try this lipstick, just to see what the hype is about
