Click "enter" and then at the bottom left of the page it should say "Collect your prestige sample....." Click on that and then fill in your details.

I've just checked the website and they have removed the "COLLECT YOUR FREE SAMPLE...." button so it looks like the offer's finished.

Thank you. Chanel lipstick is gorgeous ... I cant afford it any more but I had some about 15 years ago and it is really good lipstick.

I'm guessing they're posted out as I didn't see a voucher when I filled in the form and there was no mention of participating stores.
