    Just a thought, would it not be more cost effective to offer to paint the walls of the church hall white/cream? That way, it'll look fresh and will be plenty cheaper than loads of sheeting.

    I noticed you said you were using LED lights, they get HOT. Combined with swathes of fabric/crepe paper etc you really need to get this signed off fire-safety wise.

    I'm sure the local fire station would be willing to run through your ideas with you?

    Is the venue happy for you to obscure walls with fabric panels? (potentially covering up fire safety signage (which is a statutory requirement) and windows? Also pins/blue tac etc?

    Sorry to put a dampner on and possibly you've covered these things already!

    what about trellis bedded in plant pots with fake flowers/lights woven in?
