MIA again due to family death and IVF stress. Now found out I've been on the wrong dose for something since November.... should have been 1700mg, I was given 500mg. Feeling very fed up now as I had to plead with GP to start drug in Aug as per consultant's suggestion, finally gave me it in Nov when I complained to consultant and now this.... Work not going so well as I've lost a client and FIL died the other week so much going up to Scotland etc.... One question. I've found a jar of HomePride cook in pasta sauce (creamy mushroom) in the back of the cupboard. Use by date is last year but should I risk it?

As for the cooking sauce it will be fine, I have used homepride and various out of date bolognaise sauces a year out of date and I am still here.

I will 2nd that,

A lot of the dates are far short on what they could be. They say its for quilt y and safety,

But I believe its just to get you to buy more of there stuff.

Tina, i'm glad your son is home today. Kids are such a worry arent they?

Rage in Eden, thats one heck of difference in the dose you were given and the dose you should have had. At least its been discovered now though so dont be too despondant.

Redruby, happy to hear your daughter is home safe and sound. What she has witnessed in Africa will probably never leave her. I only found out a few weeks ago that out there they dont very often wear shoes. They go about their daily business shoeless. When my daughter was telling me this she told me she the woman who was standing in front of her at the bank was shoeless. I asked her if it was through poverty and she said it wasnt necessarily, it was more of a comfort thing.:eek:

Not much else to report really, son is out, hubby is down the shed, the girls are at my feet. Back to normal..... almost.

Feeling a bit rough today, very drained and a bit down in the dumps - to be honest all I want to do is go home and curl up on the sofa Hopefully this will go away soon and I can get back to normality (whatever that is!)

More washing done this morning, will put the dried stuff away when I get home.

Back to looking busy and being an office junior :mad:

:bdaycake:Happy birthday Halight! Rage, big hugs, as I have discovered when the going gets tough, the tough keep going, although fortified by junk food, peanuts, wine, chocolate, cakes or whatever gives us the energy to keep getting up and doing it all over again!
